Can she stand and walk at all? Since her goal is not to complete her occupations from the wheelchiar, I would certainly make every attempt to adapt her environment and practice and adapt?her activities with that desired goal in mind.? Hard to answer without actually seeing the patient for real.? I guess the real question is do you think that this is a realistic goal for her at this stage in the game?? If not then you have the tough job of explaining realistic versus unrealistic goals in the current stage of her recovery.
