Ron, In our agency, it is customary for all new hires to spend time accompanying the members of the other professions on their visits in order to get a clear view of how they perform their roles. I always seem to develop a nice bond with those whom I've taken out with me. I enjoy promoting the profession one - on - one in that way. How did it go with you and the nurse? Sue
