Hello All:

There is a limit on how large a message can be posted to the OTlist.
This limit is easily exceeded when a message has many replies. When a
message exceeds the limit, there are two choices. I can reject the
message or forward it to my personal e-mail, edit the message and
re-direct it back to the list. The first choice is easiest but not
very "nice" to posters. The second choice is pain for me.

Exceeding the size limit can be avoided if you will remove unnecessary
information from your post. For example, if you are the fourth person
to reply to a message, the first and second replies are probably not
applicable just delete that text before posting.

Also, if you are on the digested version of the list, please remove
unnecessary information from your replies
