Re: Picture Cook Book Sarah, I do not know of a published cookbook as you are describing however, I created my own for a similar population using Google Images to locate pics of food and food products. I then pasted the pics into simplified recipes based on the food preferences of the person. Takes a little time, but is individualized. I included a map of the local grocery store to help with location of the food and food products. I found this was very helpful because they often did not know where to begin looking in the grocery store for the ingredients they needed. You may find listing the ingredients by department or aisle helps too, depending on the cogntive abilities of the population you are targeting and their prior experience with grocery shopping.
