Angela, I looked into this a while back. The couple of AIP OT's I spokew
with  were  not  too  enthusiastic. As best I can remember, most AIP are
contractors, not OT's.

I  thinking finding adequate referrals will be extremely difficult. MD's
are  NOT  going  to  place a significant effort in understanding AIP and
will  probably not refer. Plus, there is the whole issue of payment. Who
is  going  to  pay  for your services and how many clients can afford to
make modifications to their home?
