I agree with you Ron. I think that our professional textbooks should depict 
people  engaging in various occupations whether it be standing, driving, 
jogging, roller blading and the list goes on and on. With that said, I think 
it would be foolish to say that there aren't numerous activities that call 
for us to be sitting on a surface. For example, we eat, read (at times), type, 
dress ourselves (some, not all), play games, drive, ride a bike etc...
