Caro Jos� Britto:
A s�ndrome de Moebius consiste de paralisia bilateral cong�nita (e de
etiologia desconhecida) dos nervos faciais e abducentes (VII e VI,
respectivamente). Isso causa paralisia facial completa e estrabismo
convergente. H� associa��o com a s�ndrome de Poland e paralisia de outros
pares cranianos. A paralisia � tratada normalmente com transposi��o de
temporal e/ou mass�ter (inervados pelo V par). Pode ser necess�ria cirurgia
de mand�bula tamb�m. A abordagem � multidisciplinar

dismorfismos, face e/ou craniomaxilofacial.
