It looks like there are two main Java implementations of OTR:
* java-otr from cypherpunks.ca
* otr4j at otr4j.org
Do either of them support the "extra" symmetric key referenced below?

I searched the code of both but didn't find it. Which Java
implementation is generally better maintained and recommended to be used?
