I dropped the two tarballs of the gsoc 2009 symkeys project at:
ftp://ftp.nohats.ca/libotr-symkeys.git.tar.gz
ftp://ftp.nohats.ca/pidgin-otr-symkeys.tgz
Note that this symkey implementation implemented everything as inline
messages, instead of using the symkey for an out-of-band bulk download.
I don't recommend people copy this model too closely.
