We still need to package up KeySync as a nice, simple install for Win, Mac and Linux, but most of you can probably get it working from the README on the repo: https://github.com/guardianproject/otrfileconverter Here's the brief rundown: 1) Run the otrfileconverter command line, with the proper in and out args.
