Because it is not updated since a very long time... Some guys are lost with it. No update, no link to otr.im OTR is dead from a lot... There are: - https://www.otr.im/ - https://bugs.otr.im/ - https://bugs.otr.im/lib/libotr It is not possible to have one only website?
