Hey! As part of the OTRv4 team, we will like to know what is the state of the different OTRv3 implementations:
* what is missing in them? * do they still support v2? * are there any major bugs? * are they regularly used? * are they regularly checked/updated? * do you need help? We will like also to send this email to ask for help for the python otr implementation.
