Someone gives us his OTR fingerprint of contact account and he gives not chat account. How can I find him/her and be sure that he is. For instance he gives his mail account (cont...@me.com) and the GPG public key and the OTR fingerprint. Does he use XMPP with the same name as his email account? There are many people I see that do it in their websites, like Bruce Schneier https://www.schneier.com/contact.html. Thank you
