Hallo OTRS-Community,
verwendetes System:
OTRS 4.0.18,
SLES 11,
Apache 2
Perl 5.10
Ich wollte nun unser Testsystem von OTRS 4.0.18 auf OTRS 5.0.14 mittels rpm
upgraden.
Dazu hab ich heruntergeladen:
otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch.rpm
Dann dieses Paket auf den Server in Verzeichnis "tmp" kopiert.
Nach Ausführen von
tmp # rpm -Uvh otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch.rpm
erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung:
error: Failed dependencies:

cronie is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch
perl(Crypt::SSLeay) is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch
perl(Encode::HanExtra) is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch

perl(Text::CSV) is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch
perl(Text::CSV_XS) is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch
perl(XML::LibXSLT) is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch
perl(YAML::XS) is needed by otrs-5.0.14-02.noarch
Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler, so dass ich das System upgraden kann?
