Hallo allerseits,
folgendes habe ich gerade festgestellt. wenn der LDAP-Server nicht
erreichbar ist, 'schmiert' das gesamte OTRS ab.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and inform them of the time the error
occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the
error.
More information about this error may be available in the server
error log.
Und dann error_log in /var/log/httpd/:
[error] IO::Socket::INET: connect: Connection refused at
../..//Kernel/Sy
stem/CustomerUser/LDAP.pm line 60.
Finde ich ein wenig hart, wenn doch nur das LDAP nicht funktioniert. Kann
man das nicht irgendwie anders abfangen?
