[otrs-de] Fehlermeldung beim Ticket anlegen im Kundeninterface

Hallo,   wenn ich �ber das Kundeninterface customer.pl ein Ticket anlege erhalte ich neuerdings die Fehlermeldung:   Fehler: Need TicketID! Kommentar:   Traceback: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.2 OS: linux Time: Thu Jan 13 09:14:30 2005 Message: Need TicketID!
