Hallo Herr hochreiter,
Wie funktioniert die Kundensuche im OTRS. Man kann das Ding ja so einstellen das mit + Mehrere Begriffe gefunden werden, allerdings funktioniert das nicht so 100%
Kann mir da wer mehr sagen?
Generell gerne! Bitte schreiben Sie mir doch einen konkreten Fall, wo es nicht funktioniert.
