Hallo Daniel und Torsten,
In der 2.0 existiert das Feld "AccountedTime" natürlich noch.
Fügt eurer Config.pm einfach die folgenden Zeilen hinzu:
# Ticket::Frontend::AccountTime
# (add time accounting)
$Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::AccountTime'} = 1;
Danach solltet ihr auch wieder die Zeiten eintragen können...
