Das kannst du in der Datei Kernel/Config.pm einstellen. Die folgenden
beiden Parameter sind dafür zuständig:
$Self->{LogModule::LogFile} = '/tmp/otrs.log';
$Self->{LogModule} = 'Kernel::System::Log::File';
