Hallo Christian, wir haben nun nochmals das Auftreten des Apache-Fehlers reproduziert und im apache log war wieder lediglich die bereits genannte Zeile protokolliert:
error_log:[Tue Aug 2 10:09:23 2005] [error] [client 62.55.224.204] Premature end of script headers: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/customer.pl Deshalb nun die Frage, ob man den Loglevel bei OTRS erhöhen kann?
