What version of mod_perl2 is installed. I wasn't able to find this info
in your last message. Also I'd like to see your OTRS specefic apache
configuration.
Maybe the problem gets solved, if you replace "Apache" with "Apache2" in
your web server configuration. That works for me on debian unstable.
