Auf dem Exchange muss der POP3 Connector gestartet sein

Folgendes solltest du einrichten.
Unter der Einstellung [ PostMaster POP3-Konto ] im Admin Bereich musst du
ein Konto anlegen welches auf dem Exchange existiert. Als BSP
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Nun kannst du alle relevanten Informationen in OTRS eintragen.
Wenn du nun die Datei PostMasterPOP3.pl aufrufts sollten die Emails in dein
System eintrudeln.
Allerdings benötigst du noch einen Task welcher in Abständen das Postfach
abfragt.
Ich nutze hierzu Actice Plus in der Vollversion aber du kannst es auch in
der Light Version versuchen.

Nun habe ich einen Dienst eingerichtet mit der Datei PostMasterPOP3.pl
eingerichtet welcher alle 180 Sekunden neu startet und nachschaut ob in
dem
Posteingang etwas drinn liegt. Somit hole ich mir die Mails in das System
rein.

Gibt es für das Empfangen von E-Mails eine ähnliche Einstellung wie für's
senden? Denn das senden funktioniert seit dem ich die Einstellung im
Config.pm
gemacht habe.. aber das Empfangen irgendwie nicht :-(

Schau doch mal in der Config.pm nach ob die Sendmail Einstellungen stimmen
/ gemacht sind
Folgender Eintrag sollte / muss gesetzt sein.

Ich hab nun diese Einstellungen im OTRS gemacht, doch leider funktionierts
irgendwie nicht.

ob du hier richtig bis kann ich dir nicht sagen ;-)
In OTRS unter dem Admin Berich geibt es einen Punkt der nennt sich
[ PostMaster POP3-Konto ]
Hier kannst du Emailadresse, Server usw eintragen.
Unter server trägst du einfach die IP deines Exchange ein.
Mit dieser Einstellung empfängt OTRS die Mails.
Von welcher Mail du sendest (welche dem Kunden angezeigt wird)
hängt davon ab welche Du dem Queue zuordnest.
Wir setzten einen Exchange 2000 Server ein und es läuft prima.
Das einzige was passiert wenn du die Mails abrufst sie sind nicht mehr
im
Exchangekonto was logisch ist weil es sich um ein POP Konto handelt.
