Hallo,
Meine Wenigkeit pflegt das OTRS-System hier bei der CC GmbH
(http://www.caseconsult.com). Ein Anwender hatte den Wunsch nach einer
Suche in der Ergebnisliste aus die Priorität eines Tickets als Spalte
zu sehen. Vor allem will er auch nach der Priorität sortieren.
Deswegen habe ich bei uns in AgentTicketSearchResultShort.dtl die
Änderungen unten eingebaut. Vielleicht ist das ja auch für andere auf
der Liste interessant. Einfach die Zeilen an passender Stelle
einfügen. Da der Wert von "PriorityID" benutzt wird - nur die
Prio-Ziffer - wird nicht viel Platz benötigt.
