Leider ist das nicht so einfach, da die Maske an Hand des
Customermappings erzeugt wird. Aber schau dir mal die Files
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminCustomerUserForm.dtl
und
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Modules/AdminCustomerUser.pm
an. die erzeugen die Maske.
