Hallo,
das Statistik-Modul funktioniert bei unserem OTRS 2.0.4 im Druck-Modus
bestens.
Im Grafik-Modus erscheint jedoch eine interne Fehlermeldung des
Web-Servers und das OTRS loggt beispielsweise:
[Tue Jan 31 13:23:08
2006][Error][Kernel::Modules::SystemStats::ReadResultCache][461] Can't
open: /opt/otrs/var/tmp/Kernel-System-Stats-TicketOverview-2006-
01.cache: No such file or directory
Im übrigen wird eine derartige Datei angelegt, wenn eine nicht-grafische
Anzeige ausgewählt wird:

Für Apache und OTRS verwenden wir jeweils unterschiedliche User und Gruppen.
~/bin/otrs.checkModules liefert gänzlich OK, also ist es wohl eher kein
GD-Problem.
