Es gibt die beiden Konfigurationsparameter
# Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformInvolvedAgent
# (show selection about involved agents)
$Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformInvolvedAgent'} = 0;
# Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformAgent
# (show selection about agents to inform)
$Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformAgent'} = 0;
