Wie wills tdu die Mails via pop3 abholen? fetchmail oder über das
PostMasterPOP3 Modul von OTRS?

Wenn du das Debian Paket von OTRS nutzt, brauchst du kein Homedir, die
.fetchmailrc liegt in /etc/otrs. Ein Cronjob wertet diese Datei aus.
