Hallo! Ich habe bei einer OTRS-2.1.1 das Problem, dass ich die FAQ-Seite bzw. die public.pl nicht aufrufen kann. Ich erhalte die folgende Fehlermeldung:
ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.5 OS: linux Time: Mon Oct 23 12:34:50 2006 Message: Module 'Kernel::Modules::' not found! Traceback (25372): Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfacePublic::Run (v1.8) Line: 204 Module: public.pl (v1.2) Line: 51 Das System ist: Linux Centos4, Apache2 mit mod_perl, Mysql. Ansonsten scheint aber alles so zu funktionieren wie es soll. Hat jemand Rat?
