Erstmal Entschuldigung für den vergessenen Betreff und ich habe es geschafft:
# notification sender
$Self->{NotificationSenderName} = 'OTRS Notification Master';
$Self->{NotificationSenderEmail} = 'otrs@<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>';
Das in die Config-pm eintragen und gut ist, danke :-)
