So, ich nochmal. Habe jetzt gerade ne Google-Runde gedreht und dabei ein paar Informationen gesammelt. Soweit wie ich das jetzt rauslesen konnte, gibt es keine Möglichkeit HTML Mails im OTRS anzuzeigen. Wenn es eine gäbe, wäre die nicht von den Entwicklern ;-) Die haben das aus Sicherheitsgründen rausgelassen.
