Trag mal in der $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Config.pm folgendes ein:
$Self->{'DefaultCharset'} = 'iso-8859-15';
Damit sollte es klappen!

Hallo,
die Umlaute werden bei uns im OTRS nicht richtig dargestellt. So wird ä = À, ö
= ö, ü = ÃŒ. Kann man da was machen? Mein SysConfig ist defekt, deshalb suche
ich jetzt in den Skripten, finde es aber nicht.
