ich erhalte unter dme Dashboard von OTRS Fehlermeldungen : Can't connect to: http://otrs.org/product.xml (500 Can't connect to otrs.org:80 (connect: Connection refused)) Can't connect to http://otrs.org/rss/ [http://otrs.org/rss/] Ich vermute, der Proxy ist nicht oder nicht richtig eingestellt.
