Hallo
Ich habe ein großes Problem.
Ich wollte OTRS auf ein andres System auslagern. Habe dort OTRS installiert und
die DB vom alten eingespielt, es klappt eigentlich alles ziemlicht gut, bis auf
die LDAP-Abfrage.
Ich kann ins customer.pl nicht mehr einsteigen. Beim alten System wars auf
SinglSignOn eingestellt. Wenn ich nun im neuen System auf Customer.pl gehe kann
er sich nicht anmelden, nicht mal wenn ich die bentzerdaten händisch eingebe.
Die LDAP-Abfrage im index.pl funktioniert jedoch. Ich kann die Kunden finden
und auswählen.
Die config.pm und die config vom apache sind in beiden systemen identisch.
Kann das irgendwie an der customer.pl seite hängen?
