Ich habe bisher über Suchmaschinen nur etwas gefunden, wie man eine Queue
informiert. Ich suche aber eine Möglichkeit, Gruppen zu informieren.

Hallo Forum,
ich möchte gerne einstellen, dass Tickets, die nach 72 Stunden noch offen
und/oder neu sind eskalieren. Zusätzlich sollen dann auch die Benutzer der
Gruppe "Chefs" per E-Mail über das eskalierte Ticket informiert werden.
Wie kann ich sowas erreichen?
