Hi, ich habe von OTRS 2.3.2 nach 2.4.7 umgestellt und habe seitdem ein instabiles System.
Mehrmals am Tage steigt die MYSQL DB aus : "MySQL server has gone away" Der load steigt dabei bis auf 40. Ich mache dann ein Restart der mysqld und danach läuft es dann wieder . Hat jemand ein Idee ? Gruß Clemens
