Hallo zusammen, Installiert ist OTRS 3.0.6 auf openSUSE 11.3 (x86_64).
OTRS meldet: (das sehe ich unter "Admin--> Support Assessment) SOAP::Lite.....................failed!!! Version 0.712 not supported! This version is broken and not useable! Please use another version. Ich habe aber "Version: 0.711-1.9 Installed: 0.711-1.9" installiert, so schreibt es SuSE im Yast wenn ich nach dem SOAP::Lite Paket suche. Das hab ich auch schon neu installiert, hat aber nichts geholfen. Suche ich nach dem Modul auf der Console mit: otrs:~ # perl -MSOAP::Lite -e 'print "$SOAP::Lite::VERSION\n"' 0.712 Hier zeigt es mir wieder "Version 0.712" an.
