Hi Nico, das stimmt, die sind unterschiedlich, weil das Verzeichnis cpan-lib kein direkter Bestandteil des OTRS-Kerns ist, sondern lediglich "vorinstallierte" cpan-Module enthält. Aber: System/JSON.pm nutzt direkt die Funktionen von cpan-lib/JSON.pm.
Aber gut, dass das Problem jetzt behoben ist.
