Hallo, kann mir jemand sagen, ob beim Feature Add-On OTRS Ticket Formulare (von der OTRS.com angeboten) auch ACLs definiert werden können, die je nach Kontext bestimmte dynamische Felder zu Pflichtfeldern machen?!
