Hab nun in SysConfig folgendes eingetragen: Untergruppe: Core::Package Elemente: 7 Gruppe: Framework Element: Package::RepositoryList Einstellung: Kontrollfeld aktiviert Schlüssel: http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/itsm/packages32 Inhalt: ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub Danach stand das Repository zur Auswahl zur Verfügung. Nach Aktivieren von "Verzeichnis aktualisieren" standen die ITSM-Pakete zur Installation zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe. Am Besten nicht das Bundle sondern die packages. aber vermutlich wird Dir das am Ende auch nicht helfen. Was sagt Dir denn Dein Supportpackage?
