Hallo,
ich habe das Problem, das einige Felder in der sysconfig ausgegraut sind
und ich die Einstellungen zwar ändern kann, aber am Resultat ändert sich
nichts.
Bsp:
Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPhoneNew
-> Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPhone###ShowIncidentState
Hat einer von euch eine Idee woran es liegen kann?
