Hallo, hab auf der Kommandozeile das FAQ-Modul deinstalliert.
Jetzt bekomm ich nicht einmal mehr die Login-Maske, sondern sofort die Fehlermeldung: Serverfehler! Die Anfrage kann nicht beantwortet werden, da im Server ein interner Fehler aufgetreten ist. Fehlermeldung: mkdir /opt/otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable/Valid/2: Permission denied at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 88 , Wie komm ich da weiter?
