The answer to my question is that it depends on what parameters someone would
like to change.
All the CSS files are under: "~/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Customer/default/css/"
and then depending on the change you have to locate the appropriate file.
Additionally in my case there are CSS files at:
"~/KIX4OTRS/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Customer/default/css" since I have installed
the KIX4OTRS module.
