First of all you should upgrade to a version 5 (latest is 5.0.14) and if the translation is missing in this version you can create bug report (bugs.otrs.org) or do the changes by your own on [1]https://github.com/OTRS/otrs I doubt you will get much help for an old 3.3.x version. -- Florian [1] https://github.com/OTRS/otrs
