Hello,

There are two kind of Generic Jobs: CLI based and DB based. If you check
your OTRS cronjobs, you'll find there two different entries:

*/20 * * * *    $HOME/bin/otrs.GenericAgent.pl >> /dev/null
*/10 * * * *    $HOME/bin/otrs.GenericAgent.pl -c db >> /dev/null

So probably the only thing that you are missing is the "-c db" bit
