Hello Aledr,

Is the seconds Attachment especially large or in any other way "special"? (Characters in filenames, etc...)
That could be an issue.

Also: Check if you're saving attachments on the Filesystem or in the Database and log the corresponding events.

Hi!

Had some complains about performance and noticed that:

otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=1 <http://index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=1>
Took 99ms

otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=2 <http://index.pl?Action=AgentTicketAttachment;Subaction=HTMLView;ArticleID=108240;FileID=2>
Took 30s

What would be the reason?

Please provide more information:

One single server or DB on another?
What operating system?
Does this request take the same amount of time every time, if you run it 2 or 3 times in a row? Did you check your operating system monitoring tool to what happens when you run this query? CPU usage high? Disk latency? Swapping?
