Thanks for sharing, though that's definitely incomplete - again, showing
the information that I'm finding quite frustrating; especially since
I've been using OTRS since 1.0 and still don't have answers to this
topic - granted, I haven't looked very hard in the past after saying
"well, it's not documented, that's very annoying."
