Hello Rudolf, this is a bug in OTRS 6: https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13367.
The data is stored correctly, but displayed wrongly, if the mail has an encoding other than ASCII or UTF-8. The fix is in QA and will be published soon in the bug and as a part of OTRS 6 patch level 2. Apologies for the inconvenience.
