Hi Renee, Thank for your reply at first. In our environment, we have defined the OTRS's queue addresses as our team's generic e-mail addresses. On the other hand, we have defined some e-mail addresses as agent e-mail address which is also is a queue e-mail address. In this situation we need to send the e-mails to these addresses. Another thing is when i try to inform an agent which has system address OTRS also can not send e-mail to this agent. Is these problems similar ?
