Hi Alexis,

In Ticket Notification settings there is field as "Email template" and
selected as "Default". This template is
under /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/NotificationEvent/Email.
You can edit the Default file or copy this file as a new template and edit
the line starting with  "<h1 style="background...."  and select it as your
default Email template".
