Hello Ralf, You can use the search attribute " CustomerUserID". Alternatively use "MIMEBase_From" when searching for tickets that have articles form that sender. Check out "/index.pl?Action=AdminSystemConfigurationGroup;RootNavigation=Frontend::Agent::View::TicketSearch" for all attributes.
